Stage 2 works on filling any gaps in research that appeared during the workshop. Do our assumptions actually fit in with reality? Here's where we find out. We look at your company from the inside out, and outside in. We scan the environment for trends in consumer behaviour & technology that may impact your brand. We analyse your internal capabilities, competitors and market trends (Ruth also worked in marketing for a well know future trend company). This gives us the foundation knowledge to test your story, and from there we build your strategy with you.
